We have a range of catering options for cocktail receptions, including canapés, canapé spoons, freshly prepared verrines, warm pastries and croustades and delicious amuse-bouches.
This comprises almost forty specialities which change with the seasons: rosette de Lyon, foie gras, smoked salmon, salmon tartare, cheese gougères, anchovy pastry twists, olives and sausages in pastry, croque-monsieurs made with comté, pike quenelles with lobster sauce and much more besides.
And that’s not forgetting the desserts and pastries from Bernachon to round off the meal with something sweet.
To drink, choose from a wide range of beverages, including fruit juices, kir cocktails made with Crémant de Bourgogne or Champagne and red and white wines, produced by wine-makers worthy of the legendary Paul Bocuse.
